About Me

IMG_0974.jpg

I'm a fully qualified Jungian Analytical Psychotherapist and member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I began my training with the Guild of Analytical Psychologists (GAP) in 2009. This in-depth psychotherapy training included 4 years of theory work, regular personal analysis, 200 hours of clinical placement in an Acute Psychiatric Unit in East London and several years of practicing therapy under thorough supervision. GAP is a member organization of the UKCP and the International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP). I am a trained Imago Couples Therapist and graduate of the Couples Institute.

I combine my Jungian background with Imago and Developmental Model techniques when working with couples.

I offer sessions at my home on Toronto Terrace, Brighton BN2 and at The Brighton Counselling Rooms, 46 Down Terrace, Brighton BN2 9ZH here.

I adhere to the UKCP Code of Ethics. Click here to view the Code of Ethics.
